We spoke to Todd in relation to listing our home just prior to Christmas 2014 with the idea of listing the property in Feb 2015. A couple of weeks later, Todd calls and insists on showing the home to a prospective buyer. We were reluctant at this point to show the property as we had not fully prepared it for sale however despite our reservations, we trusted Todd’s judgement and showed our home. 24 hours later we had a contract!
