Todd's upfront style and market knowledge delivers the results. You always take the agents estimates with a high level of skepticism but Todd delivers on his promises. His market knowledge of Wakerley and surrounding suburbs gives him the accuracy on what he believes he can get for your property. BUT, he does not coat it all in gold, he will tell you what your house is worth as it is or what you can get with his advice on simple home improvements. I could not recommend Todd highly enough and look forward to purchasing my next property from him. I know that he only markets quality homes at fair market price.
