Very professional. Achieved a price well beyond expectation

Todd sold 2 properties for me, one in Carindale and the latest sale in Gumdale. With both I indicated a price expectation. In both he advised me the properties were worth more. In both he achieved significantly more. Across both properties expectations were exceeded by about $600,000.No cheap sale for a quick commission. Still, each were less than 60 days from launch to settlement. Obviously the commissions were money very well spent. Very professional, honest,well organised and efficient.
