He told me the market value and we priced the units accordingly and than the market dropped. He didn’t communicate the terms that we had discussed prior to prospective clients. I had to ask for feedback on the property showings. He did find a buyer that wanted both units, which was wonderful. The tenant moved out early so I had to ask my solicitor if the sale could be processed earlier, which my solicitor processed.
