Professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent communication were the key attributes Todd, Mary and Mimma, of Team Lucas at Barry Plant Real Estate in East Doncaster, brought with them during the sale of our family home in July 2021. An integral part of the sale process was to gain a knowledge of the local market and in this regards, Todd did keep us fully informed about the local housing market and the potential buyers for our property. This did give us a very good guide in forming our own expectations. Despite a strong housing market, there was still, at the time of the sale, a high degree of uncertainty caused by the Covid19 pandemic being ever present in the community. This did impact on the marketing plans for our property. Nevertheless, our home was sold on the day for a fair price and one that we were happy to accept.

Todd was fantastic to work with. Never pushy, but his knowledge of the market allowed us to sell well above our expectations. So easy to deal with. An excellent communicator. Couldn't recommend more.

Todd kept us up to date the entire time - that was key for us. We wanted someone who would be straight down the line - no sales pitch once we signed on. For Sellers the sale process can seem very long even though it is only 4 - 5 weeks. The time can be stressful, but Todd's approach and personality kept everything in perspective.
