We were very happy with the amount of time and effort Todd put into the sale of our property. He had to deal with several owners and our vendor advocate and he did this with ease and enthusiasm. He was always very cheerful and, from what I hear, took the purchasers-to-be out for coffee the day before the auction to discuss their concerns so that they were confident and comfortable on what they were purchasing at the auction. He advised us on the price the property would sell for a few days before the auction and he was spot on. I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone wanting to sell their property.

He went out of his way to make sure the property presented well (right down the cleaning away dirt on light fittings), and was always early for opens and our meetings.
