I worked with Todd and his team on the recent sale of my apartment in Doncaster East. Not only was the campaign remarkably successful (8 offers in the first 6 days - sold on day 7), but Todd and Mary were an absolute joy to deal with. With great styling advice, (often multiple) daily check-ins, arriving at our first strategy meeting with a coffee, and ending it with a warm and genuine hug - Todd made me feel like I was his only client. These guys worked so hard, they were even negotiating offers at 9pm on a Friday night! I would not hesitate to work with Todd again, and would unreservedly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell property in the Manningham area.
