Todd Mason from McGrath Estate Agents was the agent involved in the sale of my former home. He was professional, friendly and well versed with the in's and out's of selling a property. He also offered advice on what to improve with the property with options that I had not thought of to try and obtain the best possible sale price. These included such things as installing new carpet, a new door and making the home more appealing. Todd orchestrated the sales plan (auction versus sale) and the execution of the plan with how many weeks for open days. He also devised the advertising plan, what media to advertise in, drone shots and organizing his staff in preparing the house every open day. The staff at McGraths were also very friendly and happy to help with any queries. No question too silly. After every open day the interested parties were contacted during the week and I was emailed a summary of the open day with how many people attended, and if there were any hot prospects for buyers. Todd also phoned me after every open home with a brief summary and whether there were any interested parties and offers made. Towards the end of the campaign Todd would ring me every time there was any news with a new buyer and better offer. During this time he would offer his advice on the offers made and if he thought we could do better or whether I should consider accepting. In the end I went with Todd's advice. Todd was also the agent who sold my uncle's place and both he and I are happy with the outcomes. I can honestly highly recommend Todd and his agency to anyone looking to sell their property.
