Todd was great to work with . He was prepared to do whatever was necessary for us. For quite a while we would speak several times a day seven days a week. He was very aware of the market and could relate that to us clearly. He sold land for us but we could have easily bought land form him as well. We will call him when we next need to buy or sell.
