What I appreciated most about my interactions with Todd was the regularity in communication. It wasn't too much and it wasn't too little. Todd and Jason both provided reassurance at the times we needed it and the space to make decisions throughout the campaign. They were extremely professional.
Todd & Sophie were extremely helpful in selling our property. ...because most of us believe our house's are special...and they are most of the time. But most sellers think their properties are worth gazillions of dollars...they're not! Most agents will look you in the eye and tell you what you want to hear...kinda like when your wife asks you before going out to dinner how she looks and you say WOW you look wonderful! Her eyes light up...just as a sellers eyes light up when an agent tells you what you want to hear. "...Ma'am your house is worth $5 million sure it only has 1 bathroom two bedrooms on a 250sq small block and needs renovating in the worse area of the suburb...sure why not lady"! The reality can be quite confronting...especially on my auction day when the results come in. The market had spoken...and like the market Todd Newton from Belle Estate agents in Caulfield South predicted the outcome. The one thing I will take away from that experience....LISTEN! They know what they're talking about. You may hate what you hear but you need to LISTEN! Todd like a good priest would called regularly to see how I was doing leading up to the sale of the property. It's an incredibly stressful time and Todd a long with his co-hort belle agent the eternally beautiful smart Sophie La Forest where there to lend an ear or assistance when things got overwhelming stressful. In the end the house sold exactly where they predicted...were we happy? No...we wished for more... but the market had spoken and I was relieved it was over. I'm glad Todd was in my corner handling the negotiations after the auction day. He loves his job and it shows. I'm now moving to Bali...I will be asking Todd to sell my Balinese Villa when the time comes. :)
