I phoned three agents in my area and Sophie Laforest responded either the same or next day. As a result a meeting was arranged with Sophie and Todd and I immediately felt comfortable discussing the sale of my Unit with them. They arranged quotes for carpet and display furniture which I accepted and they then kept me informed of progress. Auction day was a little disappointing but Todd and Sophie continued with more open days and private inspections and a sale resulted about a week or so after auction. During the sale process Todd and Sophie kept me updated of buyer interest and any offers put forward. I was very happy with the sale outcome. Todd and Sophie are very friendly and competent agents and made my sale process totally stress free.
