Great agent

We signed with Hocking Stuart after receiving appraisals from several agents. They were comprehensive in outlining everything involved in the process of sale of our house. Todd was very easy to deal with and gave us confidence in knowing he would achieve a result for us by end of the campaign. Both he & Sophie were efficient in dealing with the tenant in the home, organising minor improvements to home to assist with presentation, etc. Todd also provided good follow up communication after home opens to let us know the status of the market. We were successful in selling our home in the end- thank you Todd & Sophie!
