The worst agent we have had dealings with in 30 years of buying/selling, and the most unprofessional I have seen working 15 years in the industry He was inebriated 80% of contact calls. He had no recall or memory of conversations and contract discussions. And was aggressive and pushy during many of these conversations. Caused so many issues between all parties at crucial points of contract and settlement. In short, creating a huge amount of stress for us all.

We just purchased a property that had a heap of B&P issues, he organized completion of major work to be done prior to settlement. Involved new storm water drains, repining the slab, engineering, shower resealed grouted, some electrical and painting all within a short period. Meaning we could purchase with confidence and stick to settlement.
