Todd has made the experience of buying my first home quite easy. I met him at an open home and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and based off that suggested the home I have just bought! Todd contacted me regularly to make sure that all was progressing well, and was willing to come up with solutions to any potential issues. I found Todd to have a good knowledge of the current property market, always enthusiastic and most importantly would always meet his communication commitments, and he kept a positive attitude on the sale of the property. My only slight criticism would be I feel he should have said what he would expect the property to sell for, which could have seen a quicker sale (but the customer is always right). A pleasure to deal with.
