We are new to town and bought a property in a competitive environment over a weekend. Todd was great at keeping us updated along the way and we always knew where we stood. Lots of communication late Saturday and on Sunday to get a contract signed quickly. Was also able to arrange a quick second inspection for us to measure up before we left town. Hopefully he'll help us buy our next property in Rockhampton!
