We sold the house before it went on the market, probably not a typical experience, but everything went according to schedule, no unexpected problems and great communication throughout. Very fast in the negotiation and have managed to accommodate all the demands of buyers and sellers. 2 bad things: 1) communication: we haven’t heard from real estate agent since we moved in. 2) The property was very dirty.
