We bought our house online as currently we are not living in Perth , Todds comumication was truthful about every aspect of the property , Toddy completed our final inspection for us and pick up a few small defects then had them repaired before hand over. We visited our new home for a few days before we rented the house , Todd dropped around to the house to make sure the family was happy with the house and too meet him both time I was out but the wife said she feel very comfatable with him. We have rented house thew Peard the service has been perfect Thanks Todd and the Peard team.

We did our due diligence when looking for someone to sell our house and am happy to say we picked the right guy. Todd Utley provided us a very professional and friendly service from start to finish, we would definitely recommend Todd to anyone thinking about selling their house.

When selecting our Agent we had many contacts in the industry, but we needed a quick sale with certainty and at the correct price. Having been sold the property many years ago we knew who to see. Todd Utley and his lovely wife Danielle have unparalleled knowledge of our area and were a pleasure to deal with. No false info or hope - just open and confident dealings. In a bad market this team delivered in just six weeks and we were thrilled with the outcome. This was the third time we have used the Utley Team and I would completely and Utley recommend them to any potential Vendor. Mike and Jodie

After living in Iluka for more than ten years and observing who was selling what and for how much, we knew that Todd Utley was the most qualified and experienced to sell our home when the time to sell came about. We saw that the biggest and best houses in Iluka were consistently listed and sold by Todd, giving him a wealth of local real estate knowledge and client depth. We were always amazed at the quality of his home photos, his photographer has the latest equipment and knows how to use it to capture the best-selling points of any home i.e. the money shots. So it was a no-brainer to make the decision to get Todd and his team to list our home. From the get-go he was the consummate professional, always answering our phone calls or promptly returning them. Our “For Sale” sign went up almost immediately out the front and there was always the small signage on the curb detailing the “Home Open” times. We were constantly and immediately informed on any developments about potential buyers. We didn’t have to wait long before the Utley Magic happened. Not only did Todd get a buyer for our home in 10 days, he squeezed the maximum price out of the buyers with his convincing techniques and master salesmanship. Selling our home was actually enjoyable! So after experiencing Todd and his wife Danielle's most-excellent service and expertise for ourselves, we can whole-heartedly recommend The Utleys to anyone selling in the district. Sincerely, Joseph and Marcela, Fontelina Parade, Iluka.

Our house in Burns Beach went under offer on the day of the very first home open. This was fantastic for us, especially as the market has been difficult and slow in many suburbs. The quick sale time was down to Todd’s knowledge of the market and his excellent negotiating skills. We would recommend Todd and Danielle to anyone thinking of selling in Burns Beach. They are highly professional, super friendly and they will get you a sale.

From the very beginning to when the ink dried on the settlement paperwork, Todd and Danielle were knowledgeable, professional, caring and very considerate during the selling of the family home. Their combined expertise and personal commitment to the process and their clients was commendable and I would highly recommend them as agents.

We recently purchased a new home through Todd and found him to be fantastic to deal with. Not only is Todd very professional but he was very knowledgeable regarding the house and also the surrounding area. He also did a follow up call to us after the sale had gone through to ensure we had no problems. We would recommend Todd to all our friends and family.

Todd and Danielle are the specialists in the Iluka and Burns Beach area. They know the prices of everything sold in the past and give you a fair and realistic idea of what your home is worth in the current market. Todd advised us on the best advertising and marketing plan . Following his advice and tips we sold with two offers and lots of interest. We couldn’t of been happier with their professionalism. We were always kept up to date, given prompt feedback and supported by their team right up to settlement and beyond. We would recommend them without reservation.
