This is the second time I have worked with Todd & Danielle to sell/purchase a home. Both are genuine people working through open communication, honesty, integrity and confidence. I felt I was actively listened to which is important when selling/buying a home - it is a huge undertaking with its share of anxieties. And communication skills really count when it comes time negoation. Todd & Danielle are extensively experienced in the Iluka and surrounding market areas. This means access to local trends which means access to effective strategies, sometimes unique to the region. Professional, experienced and skilled - more importantly they are good people.
