Tolga has delivered ,and has exceeded our expectations .We purchased the property in Market St, and from the time of the initial inspection to the closing of the sale, we noticed Tolga had outstanding communication skills. I would highly recommend Tolga from Boutique Real Estate for anyone wishing to sell their property as I the purchaser witnessed how much time and effort he puts into his work. Would I use Toga to sell for me ? 100% YES................. John Elias

I found Tolga to be honest, professional, patient, caring, helpful, hard working, respectful, friendly and an innovative problem solver. His knowledge is excellent and I have recommended him unreservedly since he handled our property sale recently.

Tolga successfully sold our apartment and we were very comfortable knowing he had excellent knowledge of the Sydney CBD market and could advise us well. Very friendly manner and able to solve problems as they arose. Thanks!

Tolga definitely is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with in so many years. He is so kind and willing to provide any assistance he is able to and allowed to.

I was the Purchaser of a property which Tolga sold to me. Tolga has a truely lovely professional manner towards me and his team are terrific. Will definitely be using them when I sell in the future!

quick, efficient, true to his word, would use him again!

I would really recommend Tolga as an agent having recently sold our apartment through him. He has excellent local market knowledge and great relationships in the area. This led to a fast sale and a price that we were happy with. He is also a pleasure to deal with, went out of his way to help, and kept us up to date throughout.

Tolga sold our city apartment within 24 hours, negotiating a good price. He communicated well with all parties including Vendor, Purchaser and Solicitor, and managed the sale process efficiently from exchange through to settlement. I recommend Tolga as a highly credible and efficient Real Estate Sales Agent.

We have known Tolga Ozer in his capacity as a real estate professional for almost a decade. Initially, Tolga managed our rental property in Sydney for us, and we were impressed by his professionalism, his energy, and his superior communication skills . We appreciated the way we were kept up to date at every stage of the placement and management of tenants during this period. When we decided recently to sell the unit, we had no hesitation in engaging Boutique Property Agents, and, once again, Tolga exceeded our expectations. Not only did he demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the market, but kept us fully informed throughout the process. Our well placed confidence in his expertise made what can be a stressful experience, a pleasure. Anyone who seeks a high calibre Real Estate Agent to handle the rental or the sale of their property, would be more than satisfied by the exceptional services of Tolga Ozer and his team at Boutique Property Agents.

We've found Tolga Ozer to be honest in negotiations and management and very pleasant to deal with. He takes care in communicating well and has integrity, which makes him successful in doing business- property sales and management. We've also found him to be well spoken of & recommended by other people we know. Boutique service from a boutique agency!

We were very impressed with Tolga's professionalism in the purchase of our apartment. He was very responsive with all our requests.

I would use Tolga again and recommend him. I think he sells in a very specific area but knows his stuff and has good contacts. He was pleasant to deal with, delivered above what was promised and got me out of a spot of bother after the sale by organising someone to take rubbish at short notice. Thanks Tolga!
