I am grateful to Tolga for his professional approach regarding the sale of my property. From the moment I approached Tolga, the process of selling my apartment was seamless. I was overseas for most of the process and yet I was fully informed regarding the process and progress of the sale every step of the way. Tolga knows his market area very well and his advice regarding pricing was accurate and his sale process advice was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Tolga for future real estate transactions. I highly recommend his real estate services.

Tolga has been a remarkable representative for the selling of our property. It has been a challenging journey for all of us because the market for a 1 bed apartment isn't as demanding as houses in outer suburbs. Tolga has been remarkable as he demonstrated : *Professionalism with his patience in explaining his strategy with clarity and transparency throughout the sale *Persistency in his consistent follow ups with inspections, providing updates and seeking our permission before proceeding *Collaboration in working with our demands and at times challenging requests *Proactiveness with ideas and strategies, ensuring the buyers interests is a priority *Leadership as his team are very responsive in taking action Overall, Tolga will come highly recommended.
Having worked with many agents, very few are direct and supportive to both sides. Tolga was very helpful representing both sides fairly and ensuring a smooth transparent process. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.
