Tom was a pleasure to deal with. This is our first time purchasing a house and it could not have gone any smoother. Tom understood what we were after and helped us find a property that met our needs. Due to my work hours, Tom was very flexible with accommodating times that I could go through the property on more than one occasion. If and when I look at buying another house, Tom will be the first person I contact.

Throughout the sale process which was prolonged because of factors neither Tom nor we could control, we found Tom ( and Paul) to be knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and practical. Tom was most helpful from day one , his friendly manner and approach made the whole process easy and pleasant .When discussing the sale Tom talked to both of us , a lot of sales people , when talking about a major sale tend to talk to the male seller only , this is not the case with Tom . As above, willing to answer dippy questions, returned missed calls promptly. Was hoping for about $10 thousand extra however happy enough with end result and pleased with numbers of potential clients given sale was over Xmas new year (with much smoke)!period.
