Very friendly and honest

Tom was very easy to talk to and he made himself available either by phone or in person at all times during the process. He was knowledgeable and with his easy manner obviously had the ability to let us see it on a few occasions even though it was tenanted. He had the confidence of the tenants and the owner which showed he was very friendly and honest.
