He was always easy and available to speak to, and never made us feel as though our questions were stupid (although a lot of them probably were!). A few people had recommended Tom prior to us setting up a meeting with him. We met with other agents, but couldn't go pass Tom's knowledge of the local market and his great communication skills. Tom was fantastic with open and honest communication regarding the interest and price expectations. They were both spot on.
