Selling with Tom during lockdown

We decided to sell our rear unit in Newtown Geelong. Tom estimated a realistic price which we accepted. During the first open inspection Tom encountered some resistance with the front neighbourghs. He explained this to us and said he should be able to deal with them. Soon after,lockdown was imposed and we became concerned about the sale. Not to worry though. After a couple of weeks Tom contacted us about an interested buyer. We were not too confidend of getting our price but Tom was optimistic. After a day or two the sale was completed for the asking price. It was certainly a rewarding experience dealing with Tom.
