Tom has been managing out rental property for many years and around 3 months back we decided to sell it. We chose Tom as our selling agent. The renters were quite opposed to the idea and Tom had to go himself to clean the property. The initial response was not good either and after 2 and a half months we had given up hope and told Tom that we were thinking of withdrawing the home.
