Tom Cleary is a very experienced Real Estate Consultant with vast experience in selling houses & his knowledge of the market and the steps to follow for a successful sale were very evident. His communication style & listening skills to respond to the mired of our questions resulted in my wife & I being very comforted by his knowledge and the advice he provided in the process for a sale and how he will assist us in preparing our house to be in best presentation for a sale. He covered in detail how he deals with potential buyers in achieving the best price for us.
