We had attempted to sell our property through another agency. Very nice people but we seemed to get lost in their system. When unsold after 4 months we were disappointed by the lack of any new plan other than a price reduction. We then found Tom. His advice was wonderful and his strategy contained various elements. What impressed us was his regular communication. The house was sold quickly and at the price we were seeking.
