Tom was the first of 2 agents we contacted regarding the sale of our property. He was great to chat with. Very friendly and approachable, very much a straight talker. His fees were acceptable (neither highest or lowest) and he demonstrated a very good understanding of the suburb and comparable properties. Once the house was on the market, the communication was outstanding. I contacted and interviewed 8 agents to sell my Endeavour Hills property. Base on local experience, personality, and fee structure, I narrowed it down to 3 agents. After some further interviews, I eventually decided on Tom. Tom has the second highest number of properties sold in Endeavour Hills. He also has one of the best inter-personal skill (very friendly and approachable) among all the agents I interviewed. His fee structure is fair (neither highest nor lowest). His communication is prompt. He also has a very good network among Chinese buyers. Tom does 40min open house on Sat, more than most other agents. The photographer he use is also top-notch. With the actual sale, he managed to negotiate with the buyer to get to a price point that we are happy with. Our house was sold promptly. For anyone else selling in Endeavour Hills, I would suggest you interview at least Tom (iAgency), O'Brien, and DEL (and ideally interview more like I did). I would also suggest you consider hiring a stylist.

We are happy with how Tom Dong carried out the process from first introduction to the day our house is sold.
