Tom Figuero went above and beyond to help us improve the house to a sellable condition. His advice was invaluable, guiding us to the areas that needed attention, and the final result was well beyond our expectations. We chose Belle Property because they had been very helpful when we bought the property through them. We did not consider using anybody else. (See Q 5 which is wrong as it does not give the opportunity to say we went straight to Belle Property.)
