We met with Tom around 24 November and agreed an approach to selling our house. The approach included a timetable allowing for our planned 10 day holiday in January with a campaign period of 4 weeks leading to auction commencing on our return. Tom executed the plan and maximised the 8 open house inspections. We received detailed written advice on each opening, keeping us in the loop and giving an understanding of the potential buyers' degree of interest. At the same time he maintained close contact with potential buyers. This process culminated in an auction day crowd of 30-40 people including 3 active bidders. The atmosphere at the auction was exciting with the result being that the final offer was accepted after opening the auction to market. Tom maintained a disiplined approach and was always on time and always responded quickly to any queries we had. I would recommend Tom to anyone selling their house.
