Tom stood out from the start - we had spoken to other agents but Tom was so friendly as well as knowledgeable, but didn't put any pressure on us to choose him. From the moment we meet Tom we knew selling our house was in the right agents hands. Working with a great company Maxwell Collins who spend time with their sales staff gave us the believe we would achieve a good result. In fact Tom managed to sell our house at the 1st open home after 30 mins after the open was finished. Not only did we sell in record time but he achieved the target price. Tom did a great job. I was very happy with the way he handled the sale of the house. He always kept me well informed about feedback from people who attended open houses and individual inspections. Tom rang and advised me about what had happened after each open house - e.g number of people who had attended and comments. Communication with office staff regarding correctness of mail needs improvement.
