Helpful Good communication nice after sales service would use Tom again

Tom kept me informed throughout the process of selling my house. he arranged for all the building, pest, pool inspections etc and was always available to provide access for these if I wasn't. Even made himself available to pick me up and take me at my hotel after delivering my car to transport company.

Tom was on the ball and readily available when needed for our needs. He ensured we were well informed with the purchase process and assisted with an early settlement

I asked him to grant early access to the property to allow renovators to come in and give us a kitchen quote and he made sure he was available to do so for me. Whilst the renovators were inside he was outside cleaning the pool, tidying up palm fronds and sorting out the garden sprinklers to make sure the garden stayed tidy and well maintained. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he'll make sure you get a great service.
