Tom Kralikas is an outstanding estate agent who is a pleasure to work with and have work for you. From my initial meeting with Tom, it was clear that he was an experienced, personable and knowledgable estate agent. As the marketing and sale process for my Brisbane apartment proceeded, I revised my initial impression higher still - he must surely be at the top of his field. Insightful and unwaveringly professional, his advice regarding all aspect of the sale process was excellent and valuable; at times it proved uncannily accurate too. I was actually unsurprised when the sale price achieved exceed my expectations and I would highly recommend Tom to anybody considering selling their Brisbane property.
