We were very pleased with the service we received from Tom & his team at McGrath. It was a challenging time in the market but Tom rose to the challenge. It was evident he was putting a great deal of energy into getting as many people through the property as possible and guiding us through the process along the way. In the end, we feel we got a fair price for our property, even if it was a little lower than we had originally hoped. Only a few communications hiccups during settlement with the new owner, but nothing major and McGrath's in-depth weekly reports were extremely valuable to us throughout the process.

We were impressed from the outset with the degree of attention to detail and the demonstration of genuine and meaningful interest in relation to the marketing campaign around the sale of our property. Circumstances were not ideal in that the property was currently leased and working with the tenants required very good interpersonal skills. Tom showed he has these skills 'in spades' and he used them to great effect to obtain a very pleasing outcome for us. Tom was great from start to finish when we sold our home. When we first invited him over for an appraisal he was very thorough and seemed genuinely excited by our home and the prospect of representing it. We had lots of different agents through and as first home sellers I really wanted someone that I trusted and was comfortable with. Tom definitely ticked both of those boxes for us and was a pleasure to deal with. We were off the market in just a couple of weeks and the whole process was so easy.
