Tom helped the reviewer sell this property

Achieved top results and a pleasure to work with.

Tom Luxton of Gartland Property Geelong, went above and beyond to secure the successful sale of our home. He acted with integrity and was open about all possibilities of sale through auction. He helped us develop a clear plan and delivered timely updates with regular and very detailed vendor reports. Tom’s suggestions ensured our home was presented well at all ‘opens’ and he maintained realistic expectations throughout the campaign. His hard work and open and positive demeanour helped secure a super outcome with which we are thrilled. We highly recommend Tom as a dedicated professional and thank the Gartland team that supported us on auction day. Very grateful.
