Tom helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communicator and facilitator

From the buyer side, Tom was efficient, diligent and communicative. He worked hard to facilitate the sale and appreciated our position as buyers and provided clear communication as to the vendors' expectations and the state of play through the process. He was able to recommend and organise service providers on short notice. We greatly appreciated his hard work and would be very happy to have him work as our selling agent.
