We found Tom Maruschko of Elders Greenacre to be totally professional and very helpful. He responded to all our email questions and requests promptly. He kept us up to date with all the inspections and queries. He also chased down the tenant for payment of all outstanding invoices and cleaning. He managed to convince tenet to pay final cleaning bill after bond money was used. The end result was also good, in terms of selling our house via auction. As it had been slow, we had our doubts we would get the property sold, but come auction date, it was sold. Tom advised us not to accept the initial low offers. We finally settled on a price which was reasonable given the poor condition of the house. Our expectations were met and we are grateful to Tom and his team.
