I found Tom to be very professional. He has excellent knowledge of the local area and the buying patterns of clients in the Greenacre area. Tom was generous with his time, in explaining the market, and the way he prepared us for the auction day was excellent. We had a long process to sell the house, due to outside matters, but Tom kept us informed and maintained interest in achieving the best result for us. After my conversations with Tom I came away reassured that our sale was in the best possible hands. Thank you.
