Tom is excellent with feedback & following up queries promptly. If unsure about answers, he seeks information/clarification from owners & advises as promptly as possible. Tom was honest when I initially put an offer on the table and, again was prompt with the owner's reply, feedback & decision (all super positive). Thruough te whole purchasing process, I have found Tom highly professional, while being easy to work with. Couldn't recommend Tom highly enough!
