Professionalism at it's best

Tom was fantastic. From the beginning it was clear I was in safe hands. His attention to detail and experience showed immediately. I wasn't for a moment second guessing the process and appreciate that Tom was open and transparent about realistic expectations and was able to provide advice based of years of experience and negotiated with me what marketing / advertising would or wouldn't work well. I was unfortunate enough to engage with another agent who made big promises, failed to communicate effectively and barely followed through with anything they would say they would. They didn't even failed to bring in one single offer to the table after 80 days on the market.. With Tom, upon launching the advert for my property was sold within 24 hours and at a price which met my expectations. Unbelievable! After what was a very stressful and expensive experience with the previous agent, Tom was a breath of fresh air and made the entire process a breeze. He also made the time to take in all the small details about the property and reflected this in the marketing. I highly recommend Tom due to his professionalism, clear communication, setting clear expectations, fantastic advertising (descriptions, photos and furniture layout options) and his easy going character.
