I met with Tom Murphy at the opening of his agency late in 2013, and knew straight away that I had found the agent I was looking for to sell my Eaton's Hill property. I had a property to sell and gave Tom Murphy from Sold-It Estate Agents a call. We put the property on the market with him and within three days he had a contract on the property. Unfortunately that contract fell through and he rang me the day it fell over and said not to worry. The following day he came around with another contract for me to sign, also for a very good price. That contract went through within 30 days and was all settled. I got more than the price I wanted for it. Another good thing was that they didn't charge me any marketing costs, they bear all of those costs as an agency, so that was pretty good. Like I said, I got the price I wanted. I am very happy with Tom and Sold-It Estate Agents and I would definitely list another property with them.

My wife and I sold our house in Corso Street, Eatons Hill.
