Tom was a great help to me, helping me sell my parents home. He was great dealing with them and helped make my parents feel at ease.

Tom was always professional in the way he dressed, his approachable manner and his knowledge of his work. The first visit when we spoke with him about selling the house, he walked us through prices of similar homes in the area, so that we had a grounding and knowledge of a possible price range for our home. He then discussed the timeline from that day to sale and what needed to be covered and done. Tom took us through all the necessary paperwork allowing us time to digest and ask any questions. We were sure that he knew his craft well. He gave us a good idea of how to present our home for the photographers and 'Open House'. He asked us what was in this local area from 'The Sydney Zoo' to schools, shops and stations, etc,. His professionalism showed through the day he came with the photographers explaining the highlights of our home and the area. It was evident on that day and the day of the Auction how he worked as a team with both groups. His boss came to the Auction and again we saw Tom working alongside the two men to make it work for us. He kept us informed as the Auction went along and it was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Tom to any friends or family who are selling their home (and have already done so earlier in the year with our niece). Tom is an asset to any team. He approaches everything with a happy positive outlook. We used Tom to sell my mother's home two years ago and the same positive man assisted us then and now.
