When faced with the task of helping an invalid relative in clearing and selling their property, we were greatly aided by the service provided by Starr Partners and Tom Murphy. His pleasant manner and local experience alleviated many of the difficulties encountered. His sense of humour and enthusiasm, combined with the associated resources he was able to recommend, brought what was always going to be a difficult task to a speedy and successful conclusion. Of particular mention was the assistance of David Coonerty, who cleared and presented the property in a skilful manner and at a cost which was ONE FIFTH of the more high-profile companies.
