During the preparation required to sell our home in Bronte and the showing and marketing of our property, we always found Clay, Tom and Randall to be helpful, enthusiastic and cheerful. They never rushed us and were not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help in very practical ways, such as shifting heavy furniture. They were realistic about the value of our property and helped us to make good decisions about the timing of the marketing campaign and choosing our reserve price for the auction. The marketing video they made was well scripted, with relevant information and good photography and videography. They provided us with good contacts to help us with the practical tasks involved in preparing the house, such as tradesmen and cleaners, and worked hard to follow up everyone who attended the open house sessions and compile the data to give us feedback each week of the campaign. We liked the way Clay and Tom treated the potential buyers and visitors to the openings and sometimes, when we were not able to be there after a showing, they were always very responsible about locking up for us. On the night of the auction (our first) they and Randall provided reassurance, emotional support, and guidance to us, while deftly and confidently handling the potential buyers. We were very satisfied with the result achieved at the auction (over the reserve price) and saw this as a result of their hard work and commitment.
