We chose Tom O'Gorman to sell a family member's deceased estate property in Kincumber. He arranged open houses and an auction which suddenly had to be terminated half a day before the said time, due to a beneficiary's request. The issue was quickly resolved, so Tom rearranged his time and appointments, contacted interested parties from first auction day, had the auction in next few days with an outstanding outcome.
