We chose Tom O'Gorman to sell a family member's deceased estate property in Kincumber. Tom engaged with us immediately, was very polite at all times and his knowledge of real estate and its workings extensive. He arranged open houses and an auction which suddenly had to be terminated half a day before the said time, due to a beneficiary's request. The issue was quickly resolved, so Tom rearranged his time and appointments, contacted interested parties from first auction day, had the auction in next few days with an outstanding outcome. Much better than anticipated, but I think it was Tom's professionalism and organisation which generated the activity and final bid. He worked very hard and hurriedly as time was a problem. As an older lady who has never sold a house in Australia before Tom explained all the necessary requirements I would need to do or make. He gave me all the information on how the house would be marketed and where it would be advertised. He introduced me to his team who were all positive and made suggestions to aid selling the property.
