Tom not only negotiated a higher price for our house than that estimated by others, but also was able to sort a reduced settlement period as we were moving abroad. All was done with efficiency and calmness and enabled a troublefree sale leaving both vendor and buyer happy. Would heartily recommend for anyone who is not only selling, but fed up of the regular agents who don't seem to want to work for their money.
