Tom's honesty and integrity from the first price estimate to the final negotiations and dealing with a late offer was excellent. We had around 70 groups through during the campaign so his approach was clearly working, and he went out of his way to bring potential buyers through whenever it was possible. We were ultimately satisfied with a fair price in a very challenging market.
