It was a pleasure to conduct business with the crew at the Kincumber office of George Brand R/E. When we decided on the selling agent I was pleasantly surprised at the professional expertise of the team headed by Tom O`Gorman. The property was listed on a Tuesday with an open house on the Saturday.There were 18 interested parties turn up and Tom was extremely confident of an early sale.On Monday we received a call from Tom informing us of a very good offer which we were very happy to accept.
