We found Tom to be very good, he would always return calls and keep us up to date with any thing we needed to know or do. Tom is friendly and has a good knowledge of his industry. I found it annoying when our new home was stated as having ducted cooling in all the advertisements then finding this to be false information. This is a comfort cost we didn't need nor expected. This is something that need to be right. Whether it was the printer or Tom, I don't know
