Tom, you answered our calls promptly if you weren’t available when we called and showed an amazing amount of patience. I was curious though when you had an open house inspection on the unit after we had made an offer which was accepted. I know it was to your advantage too, to come in on your holidays to get contracts exchanged on the Friday before all the offices closed for the Christmas/New Year, but we appreciated that. Thank you being there to discuss the ins and outs of this unit and not rushing us into anything.
