Right from the word go

Right from the word go Tom presented himself as the person to go forward with for the sale of my parents deceased estate. Tom was very professional, without being over the top and made the process during a difficult time, simple. He kept us up to date after every open home and followed up with an email. The property took approximately 3-4 weeks to sell in a declining market which we were very happy with.
